SUPPORTING YOU

I will support you to become the best version of yourself. Together we will explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped who you are. These shaping beliefs and experiences comes from our families, societal expectations, and feelings we may not full express or understand. These patterns can leave us feeling stuck, self-critical, and helpless.

We will sort through how these expectations have shaped your self-perception, and you'll gain skills to decide what to keep and what to reject. You'll distinguish problems to work through from those that reflect dysfunctional situations.

APPROACHES

My approach includes a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I am supervised by a licensed clinical social worker licensed in WA.
